We will not offer refunds once you submit payment for application or for rent payments. The submission of the resident application form and the submission of the application fee will constitute a contract for us to perform a service. If for some reason we don’t perform the application procedures or decline to do so, we will provide a refund.

Rent payments are part of a contract that was entered when a lease was signed and accepted by us. We provide the means of making rent payments online and cannot provide refunds.
