Return this form with a $35.00 check or money order as a nonrefundable application fee. If you would like to submit a Security Deposit we will need a separate check or money order in the amount of $225.00 for a 1 Bdr or $250.00 for a 2 Bdr. Security Deposits are only refundable for a period of three days, after which time the deposit cannot be returned. You should not submit a deposit until your application is approved.
